With all of the news about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted you to know that the oral health and well-being of our patients and dental team are Aurora Dental Group’s number one priority. We want to assure everyone that you are always safe in our office.
Please know that the standard sterilization and disinfection protocols that our office takes every day to prevent the spread of infection are effective at preventing the spread of COVID-19, flu and other communicable diseases. ADG follows universal precautions and infection control as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, OSHA and the American Dental Association. Additionally, ultraviolet air sanitization is utilized throughout the office.
Our team is doing their best to increase the disinfection of the office common areas including wiping down all entry and exit door handles and hard surfaces. We will be providing hand sanitizer for patient use and ask that you use it prior to using any pens to fill out or sign any documents. We will be limiting social distance in the office, including handshaking and ask that you arrive for your appointment on time, rather than too early to minimize interaction with others.
If you currently feel sick, have a fever, coughing, sneezing or shortness of breath, we kindly request that you call to reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled outside the U.S. in the past two weeks to an area affected by the Coronavirus please let us know.
If you are healthy, there is no need to cancel your dental appointment. We will continue with normal hours of operation and will be available to answer any questions you may have. We will stay on top of the latest developments with this virus and inform you of any changes to our office.
Yours in Health,
Dr. Glorioso, Dr. Soderstrom and Team
